After building Robotics Kids Academy in France for over 8 years — where more than 5,800 learners were supported in programming, robotics and artificial intelligence — she founded INNOVA Intelligent Technologies in Qatar with a clear ambition: to support organizations in their transformation through innovation, technology and skills development.
She is also the founder of Logistics Conciergerie & Security, a company specialized in security technologies, intelligent video surveillance and risk management — strengthening her expertise in secure environments and cybersecurity.
Specialized in the leadership and pedagogical and digital transformation of educational organizations, she now develops a global approach combining AI, pedagogical innovation, cybersecurity and leadership to support schools, companies and institutions in their transformation projects.

A seasoned enterprise executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience driving corporate strategy, business transformation, operational excellence and financial governance across the United States, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. As Co-Founder & COO of INNOVA Intelligent Technologies, he leads the company's operational framework, strategic growth and international expansion across the GCC.
He has founded, co-founded and directed multiple business ventures and international operations — including multi-million-dollar international trade in the United States, enterprise turnarounds in Saudi Arabia, and executive education portfolios in Qatar — strengthening his deep expertise in institutional governance, risk management and operational resilience.
Specialized in digital transformation, higher education management and data-driven strategy, he develops structured frameworks combining KPI visualization, Lean Six Sigma and financial discipline to support universities, schools, corporate academies and startups in executing their growth and transformation projects. He is an active member of the Gulf Higher Education Leaders Network (GULFHE).
